This workshop is designed to explore the theory and practice of Transformative Mediation, and how it can be applied in both family and workplace conflict. Through this workshop, participants will be invited to examine how working through conflict can be transformative—for the parties and for the systems in which they live and work. Wayne Plenert will share his experience in using transformative mediation in the family and parenting context, while Lori Charvat will offer her experience in using the transformative approach in the workplace. This session promises to be thought-provoking and practical for mediators, new and seasoned.
